The special hummus that started it all. Fresh cooked chickpeas blended with American-made chickpea miso, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and a blend of spices. A truly one of a kind taste; the addition of miso adds a level of umami, saltiness and a pinch of sweetness that’s unlike any other hummus.
