Za’atar is an herb and spice mix enjoyed across the Middle East and Mediterranean. No two Za’atar blends are alike; recipes are personalized and often family secrets. Our own mix contains thyme, oregano and sumac for a fresh herbal-miso taste.

Sesame free, soy free, and seed oil free.
